I love my Flips! My newborn fit into them by the end of his first week. I use the inserts for night time and stuff with prefolds durring the day. This seems to work really well for our tiny baby and I've only had 2 instances in over 3 weeks where poop got on the cover. I have other covers and the Flips are the best and most use friendly!

When I first bought this diaper I LOVED it and bought a whole pack to add to my stash. The liners are very absorbant. The covers seem breathable and are so soft. They hold in a mess wonderfully. The problem I have with these is when my 8 month old poops (which can be up to 3 times a day), I HAVE to change the cover b/c it gets ALL through it. In saying that I have yet to have a blow out, even with my baby having the flu and bad diarrea(sp) 2 weeks ago. It's hard to keep the insert in place with a very energetic and squirmy baby. The inserts seem to have lost some absorbency over a 2 month frame already, so I'm not too impressed with that. 2 of the inserts are stained already and I can't get them clean. I am going to try and lay them in the sun. I am currently trying to sell them though to someone who likes them and has better luck with them.
