When I unboxed this product, I immediately noticed multiple imperfections in the finish... some more significant than others. Worse, one of the slats was cut wrong making it impossible to put the table together. I called customer service and they promised to replace the parts that were the most damaged. One part was out of stock and the other they promised in 5-10 business days. After 4 weeks, I had not received the part and that's when the fiasco began. Apparently if you call customer service again, they only have you speak with the first agent you spoke with so if they are on vacation... you must wait.Once I got in touch with the same agent I originally spoke with did not have any information and promised to call when he got some. He never called so I had to keep calling. Eventually, he told me the instock piece had just shipped (after 4 weeks) but they lost the tracking number.... thus I have to wait another 5-10 business days to get one of two damaged replacement parts. The other part is still not in stock.With a hassle like this, I expect a company to expedite shipping, or send new product, or be sincerely apologetic they have done nothing but play the blame game and give empty apologies. (I will update this review if customer service improves.)Buyer be warned.****** Update July 15, 2012I finally got one of two replacement pieces they are shipping to me. This was the piece I needed to get the table together. I immediately discovered that the table was awkwardly low... we had to put it on risers.I did get the manager on the phone eventually (after 4 calls) and he was apologetic and helpful. However, the total experience was terrible, and we are unhappy with the final product. Would not do business with this company again.***** Update September 5, 2012We've been using the changing table for 5 weeks now and its working fine. However, one more problem I didn't mention. The table is quite short (2-3" too short). We had to place it on furniture risers.

I have this changing table in the Cherry Black and love it!! I would say this color is more of an expresso. It is very sturdy and has held up great through two military moves (one move was overseas) and I am now going to use it for my second baby. great product and would recommend it to my friends/family

We were truly shocked at the size, weight, and quality of the changing table being that it was only a $100. It's very sturdy and goes well with our Delta Canton Crib.
