Nothing fits like a SotBums with Slide2Size, and SoftBums Pods are made to fit perfectly inside a SoftBums Echo Shell, but Pods are even more useful than that. The best kept secret about Pods is that they'll fit in ANY waterproof diaper shell, even a pocket diaper, and turn it into a reusable diapering system. Dry Touch pods are absorbent and economical. Use one for daytime and add a Mini Pod for older babies, nights and naps. Made to fit just as easily in an Omni pocket and snapped into an Echo, these Pods contain 4 layers of absorbent microfiber and are topped with creamy soft microfleece. With no need to fold for larger babies, these are our easiest Pods yet.

I bought these diapers a month after my baby was born but I wish that I would have bought them sooner. I originally bought the grovia newborn diapers. I hated them they leaked every time I put them on my newborn. I think that part of the problem at least was the size of my babies legs. He was 20in and 7 pounds about, he had very skinny legs. I sold them and bought this package. They have elastic that can be sized in the legs and so it got tight enough to fit my 7lb baby and I think that it could have fit a baby smaller. The "pod" that comes with this is smaller than there regular "pod" which is perfect for a smaller baby. The pods are also very absorbent. The dry touch pod is so soft and dries fast even on low heat in the dryer. They have both velcro and snap closures on the shells. I bought some of each. I think that the snaps will last longer and work great but the velcro is so so so much easier. If you want snaps email the seller and they will send you the snaps. I eventually did buy the regular sized dry touch pods when I felt like my baby was wetting the mini pads to much. He was about 12 pounds when I switched and about 2 1/2 months. Which is great because I could use my shells from newborn to hopefully potty training. This system is by far my favorite. If I would have known I would have bought all of these. I got a bum genius newborn. It was wide between the legs and did not absorb much so would not of even lasted till 2 months. I also got a little joey which fit great but would not have lasted long for absorbency. I got a swaddlebe newborn diaper which was bigger and more have absorbed more but did not fit my babies skinny legs. The grovia newborn was my least favorite and I had about the most of those 22 diapers. To diaper my baby full time I bought 9 shells and 24 pods. I got this package and I just kept adding shells until I had enough to last like a day and a half. The reason I had to have so many shells is that when my baby was newborn he pooped almost every time I changed him and often got it on the shell. Once he got to be like two and a half months he had more regular bowel movements (2 or 3 a day) then I did not have to change the shells as much.
